Ashlee is a busy mom of four who loves Jesus, her family, and her friends. She spends her days at home, teaching her children; at the gym, working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; and on YouTube, encouraging other moms with her videos. As much as possible, she loves to escape on date nights with her husband of 11 years.
